Where do you deliver?
We deliver only within the Ottawa region — postal codes starting with K. We do not ship outside of Ottawa or to other provinces at this time.
Are these products legal to purchase?
Reference peptides are sold as research-use-only laboratory materials. They are not approved drugs under Health Canada and may not be administered to humans or animals. Buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and institutional regulations.
Do you provide dosing or medical guidance?
No. We do not provide therapeutic, medical, or dosing information. Our compounds are reference materials for in-vitro research and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
What is the purity of your peptides?
All listed peptides are characterized at ≥ 98% purity by reverse-phase HPLC unless otherwise noted on the product page. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is provided with each order.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. on a business day are typically delivered the same day across Ottawa by cold-chain courier. Orders placed later are delivered the next business day.
How do I pay?
Payment is currently handled offline (e-transfer or cash on delivery). After placing an order, we email payment instructions within one business day. Orders are not released for delivery until payment clears.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes — pickup from our Ottawa facility is available by appointment. Mention pickup in the order notes or via the contact form.
Can I return an order?
Due to the nature of laboratory chemicals, sealed and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned. See our shipping & returns policy for details.
