1. Intended use

All compounds offered by PeptideLab are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, not dietary supplements, and not approved by any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

2. Buyer eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institutional purchaser capable of handling research chemicals safely.

3. Prohibited uses

• Administration to humans, in any form, by any route.
• Administration to animals outside of a properly approved research protocol.
• Resale or repackaging for human or veterinary consumption.
• Any use inconsistent with applicable federal, state, or local law.

4. No medical guidance

PeptideLab does not provide medical, dosing, or therapeutic advice and makes no representations about therapeutic efficacy. All research decisions are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Compliance

Buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional policies governing the receipt, storage, and handling of research chemicals.

6. Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of an order applies to that order.
