1. Acceptance

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and to our Research-Use Policy.

2. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. All orders are subject to product availability and lot release timing.

3. Payment

Payment instructions (e-transfer or cash on delivery) are provided by email after an order is placed. Orders are not released for delivery until payment clears.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ottawa PeptideLab's liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Ottawa PeptideLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Buyer responsibility

The buyer assumes all responsibility for safe handling, lawful use, and compliance with applicable institutional and governmental regulations.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
