Delivery & Returns

Delivery area

We deliver only within the Ottawa region — postal codes starting with K (Ottawa proper and the surrounding National Capital Region). Orders to addresses outside this area cannot be completed at checkout.

Local delivery

Orders placed before 2 p.m. on a business day are typically hand-delivered the same day by cold-chain courier. Orders placed later, or on weekends and statutory holidays, are delivered the next business day. A flat delivery fee applies regardless of order size.

Pickup from our Ottawa facility is available by appointment — note the request when placing the order or contact us in advance.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If a delivery arrives damaged or fails to arrive on the expected day, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and arrange a replacement.

Returns

Sealed and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less the original delivery fee. Opened, partially used, compromised, or improperly stored products cannot be returned due to the nature of laboratory chemicals.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel within 5 business days of the returned product being received and inspected.
